  • Individual support: name, email, role (optional), the type of support, and the situation you describe.

Please do not send confidential, proprietary, financial, health, or other sensitive information through our forms. They are not designed as a confidential communication channel.

Technical information

Like any website, the servers that deliver this site receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when you visit. For our forms, IP addresses are used only to protect them against spam and abuse, held in short-lived, minimized form, and never used for profiling or marketing.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies.

We record the page and allow-listed routing or campaign parameters associated with an inquiry. Private administrator access uses essential authentication storage.

Spam and bot protection

Transformation Craft Inc. uses Cloudflare Turnstile on our inquiry forms to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes limited device and network information needed to provide that security function. Our application does not send Cloudflare the contents you enter into the form. Turnstile is used for security, not marketing. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy information.

How we use it

We use your information to respond, manage our relationship, track training or service interest, and maintain reasonable business records. Sending us an inquiry lets us reply; it does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not operate a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers and where information is processed

Website inquiries are stored using Lovable Cloud. The Americas region has been selected. Information may be stored or processed in the United States and may be subject to applicable U.S. law. Selecting Americas does not guarantee Canadian data residency.

Microsoft 365 may be used for inquiry notifications and business communication. Access to the full inquiry record is restricted to authorized administrators. Service providers may process information outside Canada to deliver hosting, security, and communication services.

Safeguards

We limit access to inquiries to the people who need them to respond, use reputable service providers, and keep service credentials out of the website code. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention

Inquiry information is normally retained for 24 months after the last meaningful activity unless an active client, training, certification, partner, contractual, or legal relationship requires longer retention. We review and delete records in accordance with this policy.

Access, correction and withdrawing consent

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal requirements. You may withdraw consent to any optional use at any time. Write to our Privacy Officer at privacy@transformationcraft.com.

Questions and complaints

Please contact our Privacy Officer first; we will try to resolve your concern. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
