Registration and transfer policy

1. 01Registrations are non-refundable except where required by law or where Transformation CRAFT cancels the offering.
2. 0214 or more days before the course: one transfer without charge.
3. 037 to 13 days before the course: transfer for a $100 USD administrative fee.
4. 04Fewer than 7 days before the course: 80% of the amount paid becomes credit toward a future cohort; 20% is forfeited.
5. 05No-show without notice: the registration is forfeited.
6. 06A qualified substitute participant may attend without charge if notice is provided before the course begins.
7. 07Transfers are limited to one per registration.
8. 08Transfer credit must be used within 12 months and is subject to available capacity.
9. 09If Transformation CRAFT cancels or reschedules an offering, the registrant may choose a full refund or a transfer.
10. 10Courses registered through IIL, Value Shepherd or another partner are governed by that partner’s published registration and transfer policies.
11. 11Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
