CRAFT Training & Certification

Learn the framework. Apply the tools. Build the capability.

Transformation CRAFT develops progressively—from seeing the five conditions differently, to applying the framework, to practising it at an advanced professional level.

  1. Awareness
  2. Foundation
  3. Practitioner
  4. Professional
  5. Master

Learning completion, examination eligibility, and earned certification are distinct steps. Certified CRAFT Master is an invitation-only designation, not a course.

Public cohorts are delivered live virtually, with times shown in Eastern Time. Private organizational cohorts and in-person delivery are available by request.

    About the designation

Attending a course does not by itself award a professional certification. Certifications are earned by passing the applicable examination and meeting any further requirements.

Stage 01

CRAFT Awareness

See the five conditions differently.

A 3.5-hour live virtual session for leaders, sponsors and transformation contributors who need to understand whether a transformation is aligned across Culture, Relationships, Acceptance, Focus and Trajectory.

The Awareness badge recognizes participation and learning. It is not a professional certification.

Stage 03

CRAFT Practitioner

Move from understanding the framework to applying it.

Practitioner consists of five standalone, full-day modules. Each develops deeper applied capability in one CRAFT element.

  1. 01Culture
  2. 02Relationships
  3. 03Acceptance
  4. 04Focus
  5. 05Trajectory

Learning order is yours. The modules may be taken in any order.

Alignment order is not. When applying CRAFT to align an organization, the recommended sequence begins with Culture and proceeds through Relationships, Acceptance, Focus and Trajectory. The order you learn in does not change that sequence.

Two delivery patterns

  • Five independent seven-hour modules delivered over several weeks
  • An occasional five-day intensive covering all five modules
Per module
$695 USD
Complete five-module program
$3,295 USD, modular or as a five-day intensive
Certification examination
$499 USD

Recognition

  • Each completed module awards a verifiable digital module badge.
  • All five modules award the CRAFT Practitioner Program Certificate of Completion and eligibility to challenge the Practitioner examination.
  • Passing the examination earns Certified CRAFT Practitioner (CCP). Attending the training alone does not.

  5. CCPAfter examination

Separate certification, earned by passing the examination

Text explanation: the emblem has five segments — Culture, Relationships, Acceptance, Focus and Trajectory. Completing a module colours its segment. With all five complete, the participant receives the Program Certificate of Completion and becomes eligible for the Practitioner examination. The Certified CRAFT Practitioner (CCP) badge is separate and is awarded only after passing that examination.

Stage 04

CRAFT Professional

Develop the judgment required to guide complex transformation.

A complete five-day advanced program that integrates all five CRAFT elements across the five functions of the CRAFT Professional:

  • Transformation Diagnostician
  • Implementation Partner
  • Capability Builder
  • Strategic Advisor
  • Change Agent

Passing the examination alone does not automatically satisfy every CCPro requirement.

Certification Examination Policy

The Foundation (CRAFT Associate) examination has 45 questions. Each examination has a 9-month eligibility window with one initial attempt and up to two retakes. Passing is never guaranteed.

Eligibility period

Candidates must take the applicable examination within 9 months of completing the qualifying course or, for modular programs, the final required module. CCPro examination eligibility begins once the candidate is confirmed as meeting the applicable assessment prerequisites.

Attempts and retakes

One initial attempt and up to 2 retake attempts, all within the eligibility period. A 14-day waiting period applies after an unsuccessful attempt. Retake fee: $75 USD per attempt.

Extensions

One 90-day eligibility extension may be purchased for $75 USD if requested before the original period expires. It adds time, not an attempt.

If eligibility expires

Submit a new examination application and pay the then-current examination fee. The original course does not ordinarily need to be repeated, but a focused refresher may be required if more than 24 months have passed or the framework or examination blueprint has materially changed.

Technical failures and exceptional circumstances

Approved technical failures and documented exceptional circumstances do not count as an attempt.
