For individuals

When the transformation is yours to carry, you should not have to carry it alone.

Every transformation has a starting point — the friction, the stalled momentum, the gap between strategy and reality — and a destination: clarity, alignment, and forward motion that holds. CRAFT is the framework that bridges the two.

If transformation feels harder than it should, there is usually more going on than the plan. Through Culture, Relationships, Acceptance, Focus, and Trajectory we help leaders understand what is really shaping success underneath execution — and shift the dynamics that decide whether transformation lands or unravels.

Three ways an individual works with us:

  1. 01

    Coaching

A reflective, question-led partnership that helps a leader recognize patterns, make decisions, and build their own capability.

    Ask about coaching
  2. 02

    Personal advisory

More direct, experience-based perspective and recommendations on a particular leadership or transformation challenge.

    Ask about personal advisory
  3. 03

    Mentoring

Longer-term guidance that helps an emerging or developing practitioner learn from experience and grow into the work.

    Ask about mentoring

Which of the three fits is decided in a first conversation, not in advance. Scope and arrangements are set individually.

The people behind CRAFT

Darrel Popowich

Darrel Popowich

Founder & President

Darrel Popowich works with leaders who are carrying the pressure of transformation and know that strategy alone is not enough to get it across the line. After more than three decades in executive leadership, technology, and transformation roles, he has seen the same pattern repeatedly: the plan is sound, the intent is there, the capability exists — and yet progress stalls, alignment frays, and momentum becomes harder to sustain.

Using the Transformation CRAFT framework, he helps leaders understand what is really shaping success underneath execution — culture, relationships, acceptance, focus, and trajectory. His coaching is direct, practical, and deeply grounded in the human realities of transformation.

“Darrel helped me grow as an IT Manager by challenging me to look beyond my immediate responsibilities and strive for bigger, more lasting impact on my team and the organization.”

Start with where you are

This is the starting point — a way to understand what is really shaping your transformation and how coaching can help move it forward.

Not sure whether this is coaching, advisory, or mentoring?

Describe the challenge you are carrying. The right form of support follows from that.
