The intellectual foundation of the framework
The Body of Knowledge is the source the Awareness, Foundation, Practitioner, and Professional levels are built on — the five conditions, the core models, and the language of CRAFT documented in full.
A framework that lives only in a room is not a capability. The Body of Knowledge exists so that what is taught has a permanent reference outside the room: definitions that hold, models that are used consistently, and language that means the same thing to everyone using it.
It is also the discipline that keeps CRAFT honest. Every model in it has to be teachable, observable in a real organization, and usable by someone other than its author.
The accompanying textbook is being written from this foundation. It is in progress — there is no finished book, no download, and no purchase process. What exists today is the framework itself, taught through the training progression and written about in the articles.
