Stage 03 — Practitioner
Move from understanding the framework to applying it
Five standalone, full-day modules—Culture, Relationships, Acceptance, Focus and Trajectory—each developing deeper applied capability in one CRAFT element.
The five modules
- 01Culture
- 02Relationships
- 03Acceptance
- 04Focus
- 05Trajectory
The modules may be taken in any order. When applying CRAFT to align an organization, the recommended sequence still begins with Culture and proceeds through Relationships, Acceptance, Focus and Trajectory—the learning order does not change the alignment sequence.
Each completed module awards a verifiable digital module badge. Completing all five awards the CRAFT Practitioner Program Certificate of Completion and eligibility to challenge the Practitioner examination. Passing that examination earns the CCP designation; attending the training alone does not.

Text explanation: the emblem has five segments — Culture, Relationships, Acceptance, Focus and Trajectory. Completing a module colours its segment. With all five complete, the participant receives the Program Certificate of Completion and becomes eligible for the Practitioner examination. The Certified CRAFT Practitioner (CCP) badge is separate and is awarded only after passing that examination.
