Stage 02 — Foundation
Build foundational capability across all five CRAFT elements
A two-day applied program in which participants use the CRAFT framework and its foundational tools against a live organizational transformation.
Foundation is where a leadership team stops describing transformation problems in symptoms and starts describing them in conditions, and works on a transformation already underway.
Participants work with the foundational tools: the Culture Compass, the TRC² relationship assessment, the Ladder of Acceptance, Focus discipline and Trajectory alignment.
It prepares participants for the CRAFT Associate examination and leads into Practitioner.
